DSDLink

As a convenience to our Yahnis Coastal customers, we will now be offering online access to our products through DSDLink.

 

With DSDLink, you can:

  • Order anywhere, anytime, on any device
  • Browse new products and real-time inventory
  • View your order day and cut-off time
  • Place and review orders
  • View your account history
  • Set up helpful alerts and reminders

 

For existing DSDLink users, you can add Yahnis Coastal to your DSDLink ordering by going to Manage from the Sidebar (click the 3 lines in the upper left near the Home option if it’s not already expanded).

  • Click Manage
  • Add New Distributor
  • Type Yahnis and choose Yahnis Coastal
  • Type in your Customer ID and Invoice # from a past invoice for your business
    • *If a pop-up saying “Confirm New Business Appears” click Confirm
  • A pop-up will appear listing your business
  • Click Confirm

 

For Yahnis Coastal customers who are not already using DSDLink but would like to have online access, you can click the Customer Login icon in the top right corner of this page or visit the App Store/Google Play to download the DSDLink app.

  • For convenience, grab a past invoice and follow the prompts to create your account.

 

FAQ’s:

  • What is the deadline to place orders for my account?
    • You can place or modify your order up until the day before your next scheduled delivery.
  • Can I place my order before my designated order day?
    • Yes, you can create an order at any time and it will go on your next scheduled delivery. You can also make changes at any point up until the cut-off time for that delivery.
  • Can I make payments through the portal?
    • Not with PayLink, however we do have online payment options available via other solutions. Please ask your rep if interested.
  • Can I see Yahnis-only products while shopping?
    • Yes, you will need to go to the Distributor section on the homepage and make sure that only The Yahnis Company is selected.
